2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom Townhouse

This is the floor plan design for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse at Brittan Heights in San Carlos which are approximately 1,220 Sq. Ft.  There are only 13 townhouses in the complex. These are great for residents who do not desire to have anyone living above or below them. Downside is that they are all built along Crestview which is a busy road. Some units are mirror copies of each other so you would find everything flipped around, but the layout remains the same as does the floor space.
