There are multiple floor plan designs in the Brittan Heights complex in San Carlos. The Brittan Heights buildings are predominantly composed of 3-story, 12-18 unit buildings with wood exteriors. However, there are also 13 single story attached townhouses within the complex.

The condo units come in 1-3 bedrooms layouts, although only 18 one-bedroom units were built. The townhouses come in 2 & 3 bedrooms designs. Both the townhouses and the top level condo units have vaulted ceilings. All the town homes have fireplaces while only some condos come with them.
