So 3354 Brittan Ave. #4, San Carlos CA closed escrow today. This is the first Brittan Heights condo to close in 2019. The list price was $898,500 and it sold for $925,000. This unit had an upgraded kitchen and some desirable features but it did stare right at a tennis court. A unit with views away from the pool or courts would likely fetch a bit more.

Next week 3354 Brittan Avenue,#15, San Carlos  should close. This is also a 2/2, but it’s a top level unit. Let’s see what that brings in?
