Brittan Heights is one of my favorite areas for buyers seeking San Carlos condominiums.
The Brittan Heights is located midway between San Francisco and Silicon Valley, and just 3 minutes off Freeway 280. This San Carlos condominium complex was built on top of the rustic hills right next to open space. The actual grounds have many mature trees and numerous units have either spectacular canyon or Bay views. It’s a peaceful area, away from city noise and close to hiking trails.
For your convenience, we have gathered and organized a wide array of information about Brittan Heights. We hope you find the information useful and think of us when you’re in need of a real estate professional. Call me to inquire about the price range for the different types of condominiums available in this wonderful community.

PARKS & WALKING TRAILSBrittan Heights is located right next to some Open Spaces coupled with having Edgewood Park down the Street and Canada Road a little ways up. Edgewood Park has great walking trails, some through open spaces and others that meander through trails shaded by a canopy of oak trees. |

In the affordable city category, San Carlos is recognized for having some of the best public schools in the County
