About Brittan Heights

Brittan Heights is one of my favorite areas for buyers seeking San Carlos condominiums.

The Brittan Heights is located midway between San Francisco  and Silicon Valley, and just 3 minutes off Freeway 280. This San Carlos condominium complex was built on top of the rustic hills right next to open space. The actual grounds have many mature trees and numerous units have either spectacular canyon or Bay views. It’s a peaceful area, away from city noise and close to hiking trails.

For your convenience, we have gathered and organized a wide array of information about Brittan Heights. We hope you find the information useful and think of us when you’re in need of a real estate professional. Call me to inquire about the price range for the different types of condominiums available in this wonderful community.

Club House 4

Inside you’ll find games such as ping pong and a pool table. Unfortunately there are no exercise facilities in the complex, but there is no lack of gyms either San Carlos or nearby Redwood City. For a nominal fee, the Club house can be can rented to residents for special events. Call the Club house at 650-593-8530

Play Area

Nearby the Club House is and pool is a kids play structure and space to relax. The complex also possesses several park like areas with long stretches of grass for kids to play.

There are four pools in the complex. Each unit is allowed to bring two guests to the pool. There are no lifeguards ever on duty and the pools cannot be reserved for special occasions. Two of the pools are small and shallow which makes them ideal for kids. Pools hours from 8am – 10pm

There are two tennis courts in the complex. Each home can have two guests join them in a game. The courts are open from 8am-10pm all year round. Players can reserve the courts by calling the Club House.

Brittan Heights is located right next to some Open Spaces coupled with having Edgewood Park down the Street and Canada Road a little ways up. Edgewood Park has great walking trails, some through open spaces and others that meander through trails shaded by a canopy of oak trees.

For you dog owners, just down the road there is an ‘off-leash” dog park. Fantastic place to let your dog exercise to its heart’s content.

San Carlos is truly a quaint community. Its small & charming downtown is filled with mostly local businesses that cater to residents needs. They often close the downtown for events like Farmers Market, wine festivals and other social events.

In the affordable city category, San Carlos is recognized for having some of the best public schools in the County
