Floor Plan for 1/1 Condo

This is the Floor Plan Design for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium at Brittan Heights in San Carlos, which is approximately 740 Sq. Ft.  These are really neat little units. 

The downside is that there are only 18 total units in the entire complex and they mostly face Hillcrest which is a busy street which results in traffic noise! 

Some units are mirror copies of each other so you would find everything flipped around, but the layout remains the same as does the floor space.
