I previously reported that a top level 3/2 Brittan Heights condo was being marketed off the MLS, but it has now been added to the MLS. The address is 3316 Brittan Ave #18, San Carlos. The asking price remains $1,308,000.

While in all of 2018 there were only 9 condos put up for sale at Brittan Heights, 35 days into 2019 and we already have 5 (4 on MLS and 1 off-market).

Wow, all of last year there were only 9 Brittan Heights condos that came on the market.
