Couldn’t agree with you more on both counts, that is the information I was given by the HOA. Although, I must admit that my clients purchased it 18 months ago with the attic storage in place and the HOA failed to inform us back then about the insurance requirement. We only heard about it well into the escrow. Thanks for the information.
Attic space is restricted common area, not part of the unit. Requires prior board approval, improvements, additional liability insurance prior to use…revocable at any time.
