So far this year the 3/2 Brittan Heights condos seem to continue on the past upward trajectory, but the 2/2 condos seem to have flattened out. Sales do remain robust with 5 units already sold in 2019, 3 pending and 1 still active. Again, for all of 2018 there were 7 sales and 1 cancellation.

The 3/2 top level Brittan Heights condo that was listed for $1,308,000 just closed escrow with a sales price of $1,350,000. The previous record was a 3/2 unit that I sold last year for $1,340,000. It seems like this market continues to demonstrate strength after faltering during the last quarter of 2018.
